Software licensing agreement. Please read this carefully before you open the disk package. The following is the software licensing agreement between you, the end user, (referred to in this agreement as 'you' or 'your') and korg inc. License Information. Your use of Apple software or hardware products is based on the software license and other terms and conditions in effect for the product at the time of purchase.
A. You can do anything you want with anything you create in GarageBand, you just can't redistribute the Apple Loops themselves.
The GarageBand software license agreement says:
'You may use the Apple and third party audio loop content (Audio Content), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original music compositions or audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own music compositions or audio projects that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual audio loops may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound effects or music beds.'
Sell or distribute your creations as you wish, not the loops themselves, and everything is beautiful (in its own way).
